Piano Performance
The Piano Performance Program at the United African Institute of Technology is a comprehensive, one-year certificate program designed to cultivate the musical talent of young Rwandan students with a passion for piano performance. The program combines rigorous training in piano techniques, music theory, composition, and performance skills with an emphasis on both individual artistry and professional development.

Requirement
- Educational Background:
- Completion of secondary education (O-Level or A-Level) or an equivalent qualification.
- Musical Experience:
- Basic knowledge of piano playing (ability to read music and perform simple pieces).
- Prior experience in music theory and sight-reading is recommended but not mandatory.
- Language Proficiency:
- Basic proficiency in English (as it will be the primary language of instruction).
- Passion and Commitment:
- Demonstrated interest in piano performance and a willingness to pursue a career in music.
- Motivation and discipline to complete an intensive, one-year program.
These entry requirements ensure that students have the foundational skills and commitment necessary to succeed in the program.
